What’s the state of Speedway in South Australia

South Australia’s speedway scene is gearing up for an impressive 2024-2025 season, with major events scheduled at key venues like Gillman Speedway, Borderline Speedway, and Murray Bridge Speedway.

Gillman Speedway is set to host prominent competitions, including the FIM Oceania Speedway Senior Solo Championship on January 27 and the Oceania Sidecar Championship on March 9, both of which will bring elite local and international racers to Adelaide. Additionally, the Gillman Sidecar Masters event in December and the annual International Speedway Masters promise to deliver high-energy action featuring renowned riders like Jack Holder and former world champion Jason Doyle​

Borderline Speedway in Mount Gambier will kick off its season with the King’s Sprintcar Challenge, known for drawing top competitors and thrilling fans.
